Is Your Subconscious Mind Sabotaging You From Success?
Most of us have read a book on positive thinking or been to a seminar or lecture where we were infused with a sense of empowerment and hope, a new outlook that we were going to carry forward into our bright future; and for most of us that lasted about three days after which we fell back into our old and stagnant ways.
So why is it that we can desire to change things about ourselves and our lives but when it comes down to it, we just can’t seem to make those changes happen?
The unconscious mind is the key to all of our reactions and behaviors, successes and perceived failures. All behavior is based in positive intention; it just doesn’t feel that way at times.
Whenever you feel that you are self-sabotaging, procrastinating or failing in some way, there is a deeper part of your consciousness that is operating on another agenda, and believe it or not, this other part of your mind is actually succeeding famously.
There are two acting parts of our mind, the conscious mind and the unconscious or subconscious mind. The conscious mind comprises only a small part of our functioning mind power. This includes our rational thought process, decision making, logic, reasoning, and will power.
Our subconscious or unconscious mind constitutes the largest working part of our mind. This is where we store all of our past experiences, thoughts, emotions, and associations. This part of the mind is formed primarily in the earlier stages of life as we experience events, thoughts and ideas for the first time.
Individuals are born with only two fears, that of loud noises and that of falling. Beyond these two fears all other fears and responses are actually learned behaviors. We learn either through direct experience or through vicarious means of learning.
Each time we have a new experience it is filed in our subconscious mind where our mind refers to it in future for a response. So, the child whose first experience of a dog is the neighbor’s puppy who licks his face, cuddles and plays with him, forms a positive association to dogs.
That experience will most likely then be reinforced by other positive experiences with dogs and form a solid unconscious like for dogs, which will predict the child’s future feelings toward, and behavior with, dogs. The child whose first experience with a dog is the large dog who chases him down the street, will likely form a negative association, or a fear of dogs, which he will react from in future.
In the same way, a child whose first experience of a dog is his parent’s fear of the animal, which is repeatedly transmitted to the child verbally, through actions, or through the parent’s body language, will likely develop a negative response set or fear of dogs without even having come into contact with one.
A response to something can also be created by later experiences that counteract these first experiences particularly if the later experience is traumatic. For instance, a child may have a positive association to dogs for years until one day, he is viciously attacked by a dog. While for the early years of his life he liked and was comfortable with dogs, he may now develop a fear of dogs that he will likely carry forward into the rest of his Viagra no prescription life.
What is even more interesting is that many times individuals will have an experience or associate a negative response to something without realizing that this has even occurred. These individuals may not even know why they have a fear or adverse response to something and yet continue to have this fear response that seems to make no sense to them.
Not only can we take in these negatives and fears with regard to tangible aspects of life, like dogs, we can also take intangible or emotional associations into our unconscious mind. Without intending to point a blaming finger at any parent, it is true that some children grow up hearing things like “You’re lazy”, “You need to try harder”, or “You’ll never amount to anything.”
Children can also grow up with indirect messages like the parent who does everything for them, the parent who always rescues them, or the parent who has unreasonably high expectations. And these types of messages and interactions can also occur through other caretakers in the child’s life, as well as through teachers and through peers. These are all ways that we develop our foundation of experience from which we act and react as we become adults. Viagra soft tabs
The interactions and messages discussed above are all likely to form negative cognitions of self in the child’s unconscious mind. These become embedded unconscious self cognitions and patterns, many of which are positive and adaptive but some that can be self-limiting and maladaptive to the life we want.
Even more interestingly, some of these subconscious cognitions are taken in and established while we are completely unaware of the association being made and yet we act and react from them, none the less. This is why, while the conscious part of our mind may desire, even demand change, it can be so difficult and even seemingly impossible to achieve it.
The largest functioning part of our mind functions at the unconscious level and may be working directly in opposition to the desires of our conscious mind.
This does not mean that we have to remain the victim of our past unconscious programming, remaining miserable in the same ruts and patterns. It simply means that by understanding this, we need to use the proper tools to effectively change these unconscious patterns to reflect our conscious desires.
Having a greater understanding of the unconscious mind and how it works for, and seemingly against us in our lives is the first step to creating the lasting life change we desire.

This is an often asked question. The answer will not only surprise and enlighten you; it may completely transform your life. Unfortunately the question is a distraction from the more important question which fails to be asked which is: Which is more empowering, being Conscious or Unconscious?
So many individuals blatantly accept the presence of the Unconscious Mind that they fail to recognize what it really represents. The Unconscious Mind is the repository of all that is unseen much of which is unconscious negative programming that many refer to as early childhood conditioning stored there in the form of memories.
That programming wields enormous power over the individual’s perception and attitudes towards self, others and the world. As it remains unseen i.e. unconscious, it has the ability to automatically (i.e. habitually) influence the nature of one’s daily choices. Another way of saying that is that it usurps control of the individual’s freewill choices away from them thus turning them into an automaton, robot or zombie. Viagra no prescription
This is the reason that so many individuals find themselves re-enacting self sabotaging or self destructive choices and/or beh aviors on Viagra generika a regul Viagra soft tabs ar basis. The simple fact is that they are not actually at the helm of their life or mind. Rather it is the unconsciously buried programming that has them on self destructive “autopilot”.
The clandestine and unconscious nature of the programming makes it difficult to access, expose and stop. Hence it is the unconscious mind which hides/shelters this programming that is responsible for the problem.
You see, unconsciousness itself is the aberration and should not exist at all! In other words you are supposed to be a fully conscious being! It is only in total consciousness that one is able to discern optimally and make life enhancing choices for one’s self.
It is only when you are fully awake and in charge of your mind and your freewill choices that you are empowered and the master of your life. If instead you choose, out of neglect, laziness or pure indifference to allow the negative unconscious programming to run your life then you, and you alone will be responsible for the disaster it creates.
So, do you want to be fully conscious, or do you want to be an automaton? The only way to become fully conscious and reclaim your freewill is to expose and erase permanently all that unconscious programming living inside you. There is now a way to do that via a new coaching process that you can learn about by visiting the web link below. There you can also request a free introductory telephone consultation that will begin to give you back your life.
